THE CAMP

THE CAMP

The first European campus dedicated to emerging technologies and new uses. The project was sponsored by Frédéric Chevalier, who wanted to create a meeting space for start-ups, artists, scientists, company bosses, NGO representatives and anyone from a variety of backgrounds seeking to learn about future developments and to explore and create the uses and tools of tomorrow. Nested in an oasis of green between Aix-en-Provence and Marseilles, its futuristic architecture designed by Corinne Vezzoni harks back to nomadic encampments. Spread over 7 hectares, The Camp offers 11,000m² of mixed developments composed of co-working areas, meeting rooms, a 170-seat amphitheatre, sports facilities, a vegetarian restaurant, creative lab areas and, lastly, 130 lodges and 15 suites.
