GRAND CENTRAL SAINT-LAZARE

GRAND CENTRAL – PARIS

Renovation of an old SNCF complex, mainly for use as offices, composed of two buildings to be interlinked: the first building named Amsterdam, directly overlooking the passenger platforms at Saint-Lazare station, subject to demolition and reconstruction; the second building from the Haussmann era named Londres, subject to extensive renovations. An operation long in preparation to take account of the sensitive railway environment, in full harmony with Gare Saint-Lazare. Some 20,100m² of office and retail, space, the building has 3 entrance halls, 2 restaurants, a lobby bar, a concierge service, an auditorium accessible by the public, a secure bike area, around 2,000m² of elevated terraces and gardens, a planted rooftop for agricultural production and a large walkway opening out into the city
